Anybody ever order from TopGlock.com?

I just ordered a part for my Glock 21SF (.45 AUTO) from topglock.com. They seem to be a good company but I have started hearing horror stories about ordering from them. Anybody have any info or personal opinions on them? I have asked this in a few other categories but got limited responses. I know it's a little late to change my mind now, but I was just wondering what you guys thought about it anyways...
