Should i paint racing stripes on my 2007 mustang or get decals pro. put on ?

Really just looking for yalls opinion on the looks of it more than price or anything like that. So are the decals very noticable that they are just decals and not paint. I dont belive I have ever seen decals stripes up close are they easy to tell its just decals? ... basically what im asking is there a huge diffrence in looks is painting really that much better looking? or should i just save some money and get the decals.
