I rec'd a schedule K-1 form ... what now?

I already filed and rec'd my refund. Several weeks later, I rec'd a schedule k-1 (form 1041) bc I am a beneficiary. What do I do now? Will I have to file an amendment? Am I going to be penalized for this form -- I'm worried I'm going to owe a lot of money... :o( Help!!
