Tongue peircing help!! PLEASE?!!?

That's essentially what happened to my friend's tongue after he got it pierced. The white residue is probably lymph and other excretions from the piercing. The little flap of skin is probably just a minor tear from the piercing itself. Unless you are experiencing an immense amount of tenderness around the piercing or the hole is oozing--I wouldn't worry too much about it. However, it never hurts to go back to your piercer or a doctor.
