What food/drink/supplement etc. will suppress the appetite?

i think exercising and eating a high protein diet will help. i know its hard to suppress your eating habits but if you try to fill yourself up with high fibre low cal fruits such as oranges, apple(relatively hi cal), melon, water-melon etc.(no bananas), drink 1% milk,soy milk, lean meat and eat boiled eggs to incree protein. do not add too much oil to your food. eat at home. stop eating bakery products, stick to splenda for sugar and if u get after taste add half sugar and half splenda.
