Can anyone tell me what movie this is? (Can't remember it's been over 20 years)?

Ok, so I'm trying to find the name of a movie I saw years and years ago or the lead actor in it so I can search the movie. It was a movie from the 80's. It was a futuristic setting, I think perhaps desert wasteland type but I could be wrong. There were 3 girls, who had the hair metal type hair do's who got kidnapped by the bad guy. Then a road warrior type tried and succeeded in rescuing them. Towards the end it was like the bad guy was going to one of the girls. I remember her outfit came off in strips, like velcro pieces and the bad guy was ripping off pieces exposing her stomach when the good guy came in to save her. If I'm not mistaken there was one blonde, a dark haired girl, and a red haired girl. I know this isn't much information but it's all I can remember. If anyone knows what movie I'm talking about, please post and let me know. I've been searching for this like crazy. Thank you so much!
