How did society react to you being pregnant in highschool?

I am 15 and 6 months pregnant. I just started showing. But, the only people who know i'm pregnant are my boyfriend who goes to a different school and my family and my two best friends. How did teachers, peers, and anyone else react to your pregnnacy. Especially grandparents and extended family you don't see often(my extended family is going to find out next monday for my grammy's 75th birthday) thanks i'm so nervous to have people find out.
