How do you court your wife all over again?

My wife and I are separating because we made some mistakes in our marriage and my wife is unsure whether or not she wants to be married or not and fall into old habits. She is open however to a separation with the idea of being friends first and maybe courting/dating each other all over again. Problem is we're older, have a 2 yr old, and know every aspect of each other. What can you do when you can't do the same things you did when you dated the first time? What do you do when your time spent together is taking care of the 2 year old? How do you impress someone who knows you better than you know yourself? How do you rekindle the spark with someone who already knows all your old tricks and isn't impressed anymore?
