My 11 year old daughter has retained ATNR?

she suffers learning disabilities , dyslexia ,dyspraxia, discalcula, epilepsy and persistent joint pains she went to visit a rhumatoidologist who stated her problems with the retained reflexes will cause the pain what can i do to help her i know shes in a lot of pain and when she is out for a long period of time i have to put her in a wheelchair am i doing the right thing putting her in a wheelchair . and is this serious retained ATNR
