OLTL: Who exactly is Mitch Lawrence?

mitch debuted in 1985 to help ex girlfriend tina lord get victor's estate and he tries to kill clint and frame viki for it, he didn't succeed and he was sent to prison and was released in 1986 after "finding God" becomes a leader of a religious cult, he orchestrates the kidnapping of baby Jessica from Clint and Viki with Allison Perkins help (we all know now that it was Natalie who was kidnapped then) and has his daughter with Viki (who was taken at birth) returned to be raised as Jessica. Mitch was "killed" by Dorian when she saw he was trying to her daughter Cie. In 2002 Mitch returns from "the dead" and reveals that he had Dr. Walter Balsom (the man thought to be Rex's father) fake his death. He pretended to be Michael Lazarus to woo Natalie into marriage to get his hands on Victor's estate, the marriage is later annulled. In 2003 he married Dorian who promised to help him get the estate for a piece of it, Mitch was hiding a dying Victor (who needed a heart transplant) Mitch knew Jessica was a match but offered up Natalie's instead, Viki arrived and stopped the surgery and watched her father die. Mitch tried to bond with Jessica who wanted nothing to do with him and pushed him and chemicals fell on top of him blinding him and later his sight returned, he later kidnapped and drugged Jessica, dragging her to The Lion's Heart estate (Victor's old house).Mitch is arrested and Todd bails him out (Todd had plastic surgery and pretended to be Mitch's brother Walker) Mitch tries to kill Todd and Jessica bludgeoned him to death trying to save Todd. His body is found by Tina's daughter Sarah Roberts. Todd and Jessica each confess to the crime which Bo drops the case. Guess he wasn't dead after all, since its now know he's alive, dug up Nash's body and is Rex's father.
