Should i go to UNT or UT Arlington?

I can't decide!! i'm thinking of majoring in a science (planning on becoming a Physician istant) . I also want to go to a school with a pretty good reputation for medicine and a social life. Also, are there any suggestions as for what i should bet a bachelor's degree in? something that would look good or PA school? thanks :)
