What's your take on the Davao Death Squad?

So a few years ago there was rampant stealing of motorcycles in General Santos City. 10 motorcycles were stolen every single night. It's like the criminals have a quota or something. Some drivers were killed. GenSan's government does nothing so hapless habal-habal groups went to Davao to ask Duterte for help. Enter the DDS. After a few executions here and there motorcycle owners heave a sigh of relief as the criminals either bailed the area or lay low. So what say you, Filipinows? Do you agree with their methods?
