Will Universities accept below a 70 % average?

I am in grade nine right now, and my science and mathematics marks aren't looking so great. I have bad procrastination, and I am scared that when I enter grade 11 and twelve my marks will be even lower. What do you think? Will university accept averages under a 70 %, especially for someone who wants to be a videogame designer?!
