Does this cause anger?

For the past week and a half ive been sedentary playing call of duty modernwarfare 2 and Left for dead 2, basically not excersing at all, so whenever anyone gives me a request to do somthing I immidiately give them flack for it, you know, fighting about it and stuff, really it isnt neccessary but i continue to be pissy about stuff, this has nevered happened, is it cuz ive been sedentary???
