Hmmm... I have a question...?

I'm a dancer, but i feel like that for dance my thighs are a little on the bigger and stockier side. I'm not fat, but for dance i would want to be a little slimmer. Is there any way i can tone/lengthen the muscles? I've also been running a lot so would that contribute to the stockiness? If anyone knows of any foods, drinks, exercises, etc. that would be great!
