I'm really stressed about my chances of getting into a good college?

I live in NJ, I am now a junior in high school and I have a 3.3 GPA and have not yet taken the SATs. I am doing community service this year. I have already done 2 years of history and this year I am taking AP US 2 and next year am taking AP Euro. I have taken 1 year of language but will finish off with 3 (Spanish). I have taken 3 Science cles already and this year I am taking Advanced Chemistry and Physics which would be 5. I have taken 2 math cles and this year am taking Pre-Cal. I am in future teaching, science league, and spanish club. What are my chances of getting into Rutgers New Brunswick, Syracuse, Boston, Georgetown, or Penn State? PLEASE HELP!
