What do you think of the New Hampshire voting 'mistakes'?

I think that there may of been some problems across the board. How could the polling be so far off? I don't agree with the racial explanation that is being reported on the news. I think there is a lot of this kind of thing that goes on and isn't reported or is depending on which party or candidate it happens to.
