How far does cultural integration goes ?

This is about you and who you want to be. I don't think you should have to like everything about a culture, as is the same for your husband. I don't think culture is about agreement as nothing is ever that simple. The bottom line: it's your life, not your in-laws and they should just accept you as you are.
